In February 2026, NPCK participated in the Seed Potato Propagators Training held in Lari, Kiambu County, organised by KEPHIS. The training addressed key challenges in potato production, including pest and disease management, 3G technologies available for seed potato production, and the seed certification process.

NPCK used the occasion to underscore its role in the potato seed industry and to create awareness of the Viazisoko platform, generating significant interest among attending farmers.
