In the potato goodness corner, we shall look at how to prepare Special Potato Breakfast. This is a quick and delicious snack for your family.


1 Kg Potatoes

1 table spoonful of salt

Black Pepper

Chopped Coriander Leaves

Ginger and Garlic

100gm Mozzarella Cheese

3 Eggs

80gms of bread crumps



Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into small pieces.

Put them in a cooking pot and add water slightly above their level. Add salt and let them cook for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, drain the water, and put the potatoes in a bowl. Then mash them.

Add the black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and 10gm of Mozzarella Cheese. Mix again until evenly distributed.

Add the eggs, 80gms of bread crumps

Mix once again until smooth.

Oil your hands, take a piece, and roll into small balls. Repeat the process until you finish the mash.

Warm some oil in the pan and add the balls to fry them.

Once one side is fried, turn them on the other to fry as well.

Remove them from the pan and get ready to serve them.

Serve as a snack or as desired.
